HTML5 “web apps” are new… but many of the world’s leading companies “get it” and HTML5 quickly displacing the closed, pay-per-platform mobile models of the past – and showing some clear advantages for customer leads, traffic and engagement vs. mobile sites.
However, HTML5 Web Apps often do require some explanation to sell – and that can be tough when ‘machine app’ developers use customer’s ignorance to their advantage.
