As the CEO at Fiix, James helped enable revenue growth and company scale pre- and post-acquisition. Over the course of his tenure and under his leadership Fiix raised $60M USD in venture capital, grew revenue by over 1000%, and was recognized as one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies and one of Canada's top employers and places to work. James led the team through the acquisition by Rockwell Automation (NYSE: ROK) in 2021.

James sees a familiar trajectory in Weever. "My experience at Fiix solidified my belief that digitization is critical to thriving in the new economy, and Weever’s flexible, cloud-based workflow management platform is best-in-class. Very few companies see this level of success, and with their impressive client roster, strong emphasis on employee engagement and social impact, I'm incredibly excited to be a part of the team."

He joins Weever during a period of rapid global expansion adding a seasoned presence to Weever’s growing leadership team.
