Fiix CEO, James Novak, named to Weever’s Board of Directors

    James Novak, Former CEO of Fiix Inc., has been named to the board of directors at Weever, the leading cloud-based pioneer in the fast-growing Manufacturing Operations Digitization space.

     

    As the CEO at Fiix, James helped enable revenue growth and company scale pre- and post-acquisition. Over the course of his tenure and under his leadership Fiix raised $60M USD in venture capital, grew revenue by over 1000%, and was recognized as one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies and one of Canada's top employers and places to work. James led the team through the acquisition by Rockwell Automation (NYSE: ROK) in 2021.

    James sees a familiar trajectory in Weever. "My experience at Fiix solidified my belief that digitization is critical to thriving in the new economy, and Weever’s flexible, cloud-based workflow management platform is best-in-class.
